If there is a conflict between these terms and additional terms applicable to a given API, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
Under the Terms, “Deepvue.tech” means Deepvue Technologies Private Limited, with offices at B-55/2, Street-01, Bhagirathi Vihar, Delhi 110094, IN, unless set forth otherwise in additional terms applicable for a given API. We may refer to “Deepvue.tech” as “we”, “our”, or “us” in the Terms.
This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored & used by us.
We collect basic profile information directly from you when you subscribe with Deepvue.tech to use our APIs (Company Name and other relevant details)
We ask & store information such as your name, address, contact details, payment details in order to deliver our products and services to you and
We store transactional data (number of calls made, which APIs are called, the plan you subscribe to, etc) for business and analysis purposes.
We use your basic information to manage your subscription to communicate with you;
We may use your basic information to take up or investigate any complaints/claims/disputes;
We do not share your information with anyone outside of Deepvue.tech for marketing or solicitation purposes;
We may share your transactional data information with teams within Deepvue.tech for new product development and customer engagement purposes;
We may access and/or disclose your basic information if it is necessary to comply with the law or legal process, to protect or defend Deepvue.tech. For example, we may be required to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement action such as a court order, subpoena, or search warrant and
We may disclose your information if required by financial institutions to verify, mitigate or prevent fraud or to manage risk or recover funds in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
Our APIs are pass-through APIs, hence we store only transactional data (number of calls made, which APIs are called, billing information etc.) which are received from our API subscribers.
Sensitive and personal data of API clients that flow through our platform only passes through our servers and is not retained with Deepvue.tech.
We retain your billing information to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations, where we are required to retain the data by our contractual commitments to our financial partners, and where data retention is mandated by the payment methods that we support. Where we retain data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.
We take various steps and measures to protect the security of your information from loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use industry-standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in our database.
We limit access to sensitive information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel;
We comply with applicable laws and industry standards and
We use encryption to send and receive your information securely
The Company reserves the right to disable or cancel User’s access to the Platform, without prior notice, in case of suspected or actual violation of this Agreement, including but not limited to any breach of the intellectual property, confidentiality, or permitted use provisions. The Company shall have sole discretion in determining whether User’s conduct constitutes a violation of this Agreement, and its decision shall be final and binding.
User may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign or transfer this Agreement and its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without User’s consent.

We will acknowledge your concern within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 working days, while keeping you informed throughout the process.

By accessing or using the Platform, User acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If User does not agree to this Agreement, User must not use the Platform.
